How do I install the app?
CaddieStats is on the Connect IQ Store — install it from there, or search for CaddieStats in the Connect IQ app on your phone.
Then create an account and follow the quick-start guide to pair your watch to get playing!
How does the app work?
When you press the shot button, your GPS position is recorded.
We have a map of greens and fairways — so we can check if your shot is inside these areas.
This simple method gives us all sorts of stats and charts like GIR, fairway %, driving distance, and many more.
How much does it cost?
The watch app and dashboard are completely free!
Is there a phone app?
No phone app required, just use the dashboard on this site.
You can add this to your phone’s home screen using the Install app button on your dashboard.
No courses are showing on my watch
Your watch starts with no courses downloaded.
When you’re outside with GPS signal near a golf course, they will show up.
My watch isn’t in the list
The supported watches page is generated from the app itself, so it is always accurate. If your watch isn’t on it, CaddieStats can’t run on that watch — usually because the watch has no built-in GPS, or not enough memory for the app’s course data. The Connect IQ Store is the final word: if it won’t offer you an Install button, the watch isn’t supported.
My rounds aren’t showing up on the website
Rounds upload the next time the watch app opens with a Wi-Fi or phone connection — not the moment you finish. Open CaddieStats on the watch within range of your phone or Wi-Fi and give it a minute. If a round still hasn’t appeared after the watch has synced, email us the course and the date.
A course is wrong or missing
You can submit edits for courses using the course editor.
If your course is missing then send us an email using this form.
How do I delete my account, and what happens to my rounds?
On your Account page, Delete my account. You confirm by typing your own email address. Everything — profile, devices, rounds and every shot — is removed from the live database straight away. A copy remains only in our nightly backups for 60 days, after which it’s gone for good. You can also press Download my data first to keep a copy. See the privacy policy for the detail.
